"I’m not sure how this hotel scores so well. It’s an aging property. My room was falling apart: the sink handle comes off in hand. The hot water handle doesn’t work, the shower was moldy. The lamp shades were all askew. Honestly this is what I have come to expect of a property rated 6 or lower. "

"The decor in our room was not what you would expect from a large hotel chain. The room was very comfy, and felt more like visiting a friend or relative's home. It was quiet, and all the staff was very helpful."
