"This is the ultimate place to stay and the extras are amazing perks and I wish every hotel had. Because of staying here I will now check for a drury hotel in other areas too. The kickback having dinner and drinks and morning breakfast staying open later on vacation so I can sleep in and partake was amazing. I will forever recommend this place"
"The Staff just went about their work with no "I'm happy to be here attitude". No cheerful or excited greetings as you went in or out the door. I stayed 10 days and had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. A flyer in the room noted that after 3 days a full service will be fulfilled with other words saying that Guest had to ask at Desk the previous night. Not sure exactly how it is written. Thought it was strange that the Staff didn't ask or inquire if the room needed service. They told me the Do Not Disturb sign was displayed and that was the "No Go" reason. When I requested the full service at the desk, it was scheduled the next day and completed. Only it wasn't a Full Service as stated. I straighten my bed every day. My Daughter doesn't. Her bed was made properly (pulled tight, tucked in, with the 4 to 6 inch fold down at pillows). My bed was exactly as I had straightened it. Looked like it wasn't touched. Seems a Full Service would be new sheets, clean pillow cases, clean blanket. Not sure how this Hotel defines full service, just stating what my actual experience was. Things in the room looked "Wiped down" but coming into a Clean Room that got a Full Service should have a CLEAN SMELL in the air. We left the Hotel to eat breakfast at Bob Evans across the street. When we returned 80 minutes later, the room was done. Touched liked someone did something but not cleaned using sense of smell. Everything else was great or satifactory."
Days Inn by Wyndham Dayton Huber Heights Northeast
8/10 Good
"Room was clean, however it smelled like smoke badly, bought a candle to get a better smell. When I told lady at the check in, she said she look into it. Staff was nice, Breakfast enjoyable. Nice and quiet place, sadly pool was not usable, they had trouble with the water. All in all though, a pleasant stay for just spending one night. I will use again if needed when in Ohio."
