"Pros: Honestly top 5 hotel stays for me. Central to everything. Staff were awesome! Amenities are Good. Very secure. Cleaning staff although I never saw them they were awesome as well no complaints with their work! Cons: There was ONE washer and ONE dryer. Pillows are outrageously thick and not comfortable. The body isn’t meant to sleep in that position."

"Very clean location, good for kids and family, good food, not for resting a lot of people noise talking loud, screaming and smashing doors. Good air conditioning inside rooms and very fresh air outdoors. Not a place to enjoy the nature in the nature."

"We loved our entire stay in our deluxe room. A resort style boutique in a residential area. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but it was really comfortable when we did. Uber/Lyft is very convenient and inexpensive to mostly everything. A lot of things are with walking distance as well. We will definitely stay at this property again! I would truly recommend for couples."

"What you see in the photo is not at all what the room is, it is the smallest you can see. It has absolutely nothing. There is no phone. There are no bedside tables, there is no space or to walk, not even to put the suitcases. It is extremely small and when I booked it said standard room and when I went to the front desk to complain about the room. The next day they put petite room, which bothered me a lot, but the staff is super nice and the hotel is clean and new. The corridors look super nice...

"Amazing hotel in the center of it all. Staff is extremely helpful and were always welcoming, aware of my existence if I needed directions, tours and just great places for a quick bite. The only concern I would have is for Expedia to share accurate photos of the property under details. It does not have a sunset courtyard."

"Beautiful and clean, I called at 1 am or maybe last that time when we came in from the airport because I had a hard time finding it and I was still able to get in contact right away with a lovely lady that sent me the exact place and was able to get there. I would love to visit and stay there again."

"The hotel was very cute. I loved the decor. The hotel had an older feel but it's what I expected while staying in an old city. It was so close to delicious restaurants and the front desk staff helped with directions and options for dinner."

"It was an absolute pleasant stay. The staff are just on another level, so kind and helpful! The beach attendant was very friendly and always checking in on us. And the front desk attendant are just a delight! You MUST check out drag brunch on Sunday, it’s a requirement. Super fun and the queens are fierce! Food and drinks are amazing. Already can’t wait for my next to Puerto Rico! I already miss my ocean view from my room! Highly recommend this stay!"

"At first the parking availability was an issue then I was comfortable walking from the available paid parking to the hotel. The staff was awesome, the room was nice. I will say it may need more maintenance some of the bathroom features were rust or not well clean like the bathtub. But overall is a repeat, nice place to go with an amazing view."

"What an incredible place to visit! It is tucked in the mountains and so beautiful. Ricardo and his family are the best hosts ever. They were so thoughtful and kind. We loved all the pets and the breakfast every morning was wonderful. 100% recommend this place. It was perfect for us."
