"My room was very spacious, with a king size bed and a full size couch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problems I had were more systematic. The pool was very cold, the hot tub was only half filled with water and the shower kept going from warm to cool. But the worst issue was that the walls and floors were paper thin. "This is a great hotel with a wonderfully river view if you book that side. The evening reception was a nice touch and breakfast was great including a made to order omelette bar. Parking is a bit expensive but it could be worse. "

"I was charged twice. I prepaid thru Expedia got there and was told it was just a hold so I gave them my credit card they charged me again told me that one of the charges would fall off but it did not. "
