"Great place to stay"

Residence Inn Philadelphia Center City

"Unfortunately the room did not have any dishwater or glassware. The phone did not work and the toilet was running all of the time. The water pressure in the sink was also poor. I have stayed at a lot of Residence Inns and have never experienced these types of issues. The staff was very friendly I would like to mention. "

"Pro: Good location Cons: I ordered room with queen bed, however mattress was much smaller (FULL, not queen). There was not enough space for me and my wife and we could not really sleep. It is false advertising. I would not book room with full mattress for 2 people. Also, water in the shower stopped altogether at one point, and in a couple of minutes flow resumed, but it was yellow. No fridge or bottled water in the room, one needs to go 13 floors down to the lobby to get water. "

"The property is conveniently located in walking distance of the convention center and the reading terminal market. Staff were friendly and helpful, Breakfast was wonderful, room was clean. I would book again if we are back in town"

"My friends and I stayed here for a few days for a concert. The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of everything. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Check in was simple and the room was great. It was clean and had a nice view of the city. The breakfast was soooo good. There's a good variety of things to eat. The staff was really nice and always greeted us when we passed by them. There's a garage right at the hotel. It was pretty cheap compared to other places. I highly recommend this hotel."
