"This stay was pretty good, mostly because of the amazing staff and desk concierge.
The sheets in my room were stained, but after asking to switch rooms, the hotel was very friendly and accommodating.
My bathroom amenities were low in both rooms that I stayed in, but the staff were happy to provide extras once we asked.
Great location, very easy to get to everything within walking distance or rail."

"Excellent location. The staff were extremely welcoming, attentive and helpful. We were able to check into our room a bit early. The room was massive and very clean. The elevator was a bit dated and our shower did not drain well. The stay, otherwise, was fantastic and I would stay at that property again."

"It is important to have the capacity to boil water in the room. A microwave and a kettle are important. Not everyone does coffee or tea.
It is time to change the carpet and some of the furniture in the room. Where possible, have firm mattresses. Today, like me, many people suffer from back pain. When the mattress is too soft, it is hard to sleep.

"This was our third stay at Penn's View and they haven't disappointed us yet. It it the perfect boutique hotel in old city, great for walking to everything or Uber pick up. The lot beside the hotel is quite large and average priced. The staff is amazing and the rooms are perfect."

"We checked in pretty late (11:30pm, but it's not a "late checkin" until after 2am). The check-in process was easy enough. Our room was clean but tiny with no external windows for sunlight. "We a lot arrived at the Four Points Sheraton at 7:30 AM after an early flight in.
Brandon at the front desk greeted us with an electric smile and helped us stole our luggage until our room would be ready later that day.
