"The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. The food is okay. We were given a room on the seventh floor but there were no carts to carry up luggage for our entire stay, as well as our refrigerator didn't work, nor did our neighbor's refrigerator. And finally one of the two elevators was broken down the entire time, which caused about a 5 to 10-minute wait each ride. I have a broken foot and a boot which is why the stairs weren't an option."
