I got in pretty late, and later had to call very late at night about a problem, and front desk answered right away and sent someone up right away. Very friendly and very professional. Nice standard rooms, mini-fridge came in very handy, wireless worked well. Bar/restaurant are nice. It was decorated nicely for the World Cup.
