"No amenities and no one to speak with. I received text messages & messages through Expedia from hotel, yet when I reached out in this same fashion there was no response. The property is clean. Somewhat noisy area, although close to most things. Not truly a hotel. "

"I loved everything. Phantastic value for money in a big city that does not have Hostelling Scotland Youth Hostels. Of course this is not a 4 star hotel! With the start of check-in, there is a receptionist that hands out the key. So everything cool. The only thing that irritated me, was that the telephone number on the booking form did not work. I had to write an email and request the telephone number which I got immediately. It is a mobile number. Apart from that ... 100% recommendation. P.S....

"Staff were exceptional, very friendly. Always greeted you coming in or Leaving the hotel.
When you passed housekeeping in the
Morning, they all called out Hi if they saw you.
Room very clean , spacious and quiet.
Great hotel, very walkable and breakfast was also very good, with nice fresh cut fruit choices. Great place with all amenities needed in Aberdeen"

"Horrible Hotel, my single bed room was very small. It faced the busy street. Loud vehicle noise. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything from the room next to me. There is no front desk and I didn't see any employees during my three night stay. Key code to open the hotel front door. Once inside use your Key code to open the lock box and get your room key."

"Smokers stood right in front of the doors to access the hotel was not a great experience for a non smoker and the doors are directly opposite reception who I'm guessing chose to not ask people to move. The smell then blew into the reception area."

"The room I was in was as hot as hell, there was a fan in it but the windows didn’t open and it was very hard to sleep. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom and the wallpaper was torn in places. The hotel itself was in a great location and the staff did try to help, I don’t know what amenities there were, they didn’t even have an ice machine."

"Hotel was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was very hot in our apartment. Air conditioning didn’t work, and had to open the windows. The windows wouldn’t open for us, so a staff member came up and opened them for us. One window in the bedroom would not open at all. At night because the windows were open, we could hear a lot of noise on the street. Don’t recommend if traveling with family or kids who need to go to bed early."
