"Sharp nails sticking out of the floor and door handle into the bathroom. Gum on the sheets. Hair in the bathtub when we checked in. Woken up at 7am to people talking in the hallways. The only redeeming quality of the hotel was getting comped 1 night out of the 4 we stayed there. Will never be back. "

Staff was good, we’ve been coming here for years, we are noticing it’s hit or miss with the staff, some of them knows us and greets us like family others it’s like they are greeting us for the manual they used in orientation. "Hinton is a perfect place to stay for the night and then hit the ski hills the next morning, well-rested - and at a good fraction of the cost of staying in Ja$per. I’m not fussy; I like clean, quiet rooms, hot water, clean sheets and fluffy pillows and good, hot coffee in the lobby the next morning. You get your money’s worth."
