"The hotel is excellent, it’s clean modern, everything very clean. A couple of things to be aware of : $25 self parking /day . $35 resort fee! They do authorization charges everyday on your credit card. The charges are not small. They were over $300 . They are just pending charges but I’ve never experienced this with any other hotels. Also, checking out I was handed a bill. That’s not on the hotel but Expedia when sent over the reservation never sent over the funds that Expedia charged me. So...

"This is an amazing property. The staff are so friendly and helpful, very clean and spacious rooms and nice pool area. Walking distance to old town and if it’s not too hot it could be walking distance to Fashion Mall! We will definitely be returning the next time we are in PHX."

"Braden at the front desk was amazing but then again every staff member we encounter was happy and really enjoyed their job. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The driver of golf cart had been there 34 years. Several employees talked about how much they liked the ownership and loved their job. I was here with my daughters visiting my eldest daughter In the Army and our stay was just exceptional!!! Thank you."

"I went her for my birthday from the east coast and had a ball. This place is exceptional and the entire staff was amazing. Rooms were very clean and food was great. They have a lot of pools and a water park on site . Me and my family had a great time. I will be back ."

"This place is amazing. We enjoyed the beautiful resort with the two pools and hot tubs. The gym was nice. Room was great. Roomy with a nice view of the distant mountain esp during sunrise. Other side has terraces. Very close to airport, about a 10 min drive. Even has a really good high dollar restaurant on site. Would stay again. Has resort fee of $17 per day and parking of $15 per night, but even so this place is worth it."

"The property has a great Cuban vibe, subdued bet there if you want to key in on it. It is in a great location. You can tell the property is older, but it has been updated and has a great layout. We took advantage of the morning yoga on the lawn and enjoyed the pool during the day. The bar/lobby is very inviting and has games throughout. "Beautiful, relaxed property, we had an amazing honeymoon! We loved Proof and Onyx bar. The only negative was I fell in love with your turkey blt at proof, the most amazing sandwich I’ve ever tasted and they then took it off the menu half way through the holiday!!! We were so looking forward to it at lunch so we left. Apart from that amazing and we’ve booked the second part of our honeymoon at your whistler property on the 18th September! Can’t wait. Also booking to go back to Scottsdale early...

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if I could give more I would I had a wonderful stay! The room was exceptionally clean, the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the grounds were impeccably maintained. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and truly made the experience even better. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more food options for outdoor dining and room service. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I cannot wait to come back. It was truly a phenomenal stay!"
