"Washing machine in operative with a sign stating use ice machine in lobby, went to lobby, no ice available. Staff said no ice whatsoever.. elevator floor was dirty, outside property perimeter lacking any type of maintenance. weeds are growing up next to building, grass overgrown. Parking lot around back needs repair.. "

"The hotel itself was very clean however the AC would not stay cold at all as well as the refrigerator it never Got cold and yes it was plugged it also the phone was not working for us to call the desk, the breakfast was so nasty the orange juice was brown the scrambled eggs were hard the boiled one were frozen and had ice on them the food over all had an old and expired taste to it "

"I didn't use any of the amenities, but the lamp was missing a switch, the bathroom counter was pretty dirty, the faucet looked rusted and like someone spit their toothpaste on top of it. The faucet in the shower was totally corroded and ugly. I understand it's humid, but that kind of build of doesn't happen overnight. "

"We had problems with our first room. We only had one coffee cup, the toilet roll was almost empty with no extra roll and the wifi didn’t work. We called the front desk and she was very nice. She couldn’t get the wifi to work but brought up more coffee cups and toilet paper. That night the toilet stopped working. The next morning we asked for a new room and they moved us .
