"This spot is super solid especially solo traveling. Right in downtown mammoth close to most shops and restaurants/bars. Has rooms with balconies that face the mountain so a great view, probably even more so during snow season. Parking easy with garages right under your rooms even. Even has an elevator if you don’t wanna walk up the stairs. Very very clean and has a nice smell. I got the standard room for an awesome price, has everything you need and an above average bathroom. "our stay was superior..well located to beaches....and harbor, room was large and high ceilings,,(second floor room) large and high end tv (even my wife was impressed..had a bit of a problem getting the wifi going(my fault) after contacting the management issue was cleared up immediately! ie. the password...would definitely stay at this property again if in Santa Cruz....tx so much pc"

"Check in is tricky but they explain thoroughly. Clean room and nice amenities."

"The faucet did not work property in the bathroom. No pressure and no hot water. I had to brush my teeth at the kitchen sink, the jacuzzi in the room did not work. The sent someone and he could not fix it. The front desk made a huge deal in giving me a wattle bottle and they did not want to give me points to compensate how awful the room was. They only refunded the resort fee. I did not have a good experience."
