"Location is perfect!!! Directly adjacent to bus and train. Held our bags both before check in and after checkout. The hotel and rooms are quirky and fun, everything was very comfortable and we enjoyed it. The breakfast restaurant (not included) was spectacular!!!"

"Beautiful lobby, clean rooms except the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. The only downside was the insulation kind of sucks, you can hear everything from other rooms. Other than that, amazing staff & quiet location."

"Great location. Property didn’t seem all that well maintained, room was clean but there was often trash in the hallway like outside the elevator. My major issue was that our shower had only a hand held shower head with no overhead option. I expect to encounter that in Europe but not here, especially not at this price point. Would not choose this hotel again for that reason."

"The RIU is one of the very best and most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in. We took a room on a high floor, so it was quiet, and very comfortable. Most amazing of all was the incredible breakfast, with one of the widest array of food choices I've ever experienced. I will almost definitely stay here the next time I am in Chicago."
