"I booked this for a special birthday trip for my daughter and my husband. The staff was so kind and the location was perfect. Great walking distance to lots of places. My husband said every staff member was so kind to them, from the front desk, valet, everyone they met. I would stay here again no or sure."

"The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The staff was super nice and even gave a number to contact them if i needed anything at all. The location was so nice because it was near everything so there was no need for a car as well. The host was very considerate and even included earplugs and a white noise machine because of the close proximity of the railway! Would definitely recommend to others!"

"Pros: Excellent location!! Super close to Shedd and Field. It’s in a quieter part of town — perfect for families with young kids!!
Cons: We had two rooms during our visit. The non-city view room was super dark and dreary and seemed a bit run down. The city view room was much nicer!

"Storage luggage staff was great and helpful. Had to move rooms due to the shower being dirty and water was not draining. Second room had brown water coming out when you turned the shower on, after 5 minutes it would go away. "
