"the beds are very small, and not stable. every turn I wake up afraid to fall. the room very small, very basic. the hotel very noisy, you can hear everything. there was a concert in the back of the hotel so there was so much noise since 17.00 until 1.00 am so we could not rest at afternoon or sleep at night. no parking!! (we were promised free parking) "

"I had a great time at kings rooftop suites. Best area of Tel Aviv hands down with short walk to the beaches. Overlooking a gorgeous neighborhood dog park with walking trails. Rooms were super clean and comfortable, recently remodeled and very modern. Bed was second to none, slept like a baby. Many stores and restaurants within walking distance plus amazing nightlife just steps away. Hosts are super attentive, helpful and accommodating and graciously helped me carry my bags up the stairs, leave...

"The facility needs a major renovation to be comfortable. Cleanness needs to be improved. Breakfast is o.k. Owner is not much responsible. "
