"Selfishly I hate to say too many superlatives of just how nice this place is so it would be hard for us to book in the future. But I have to as its a total gem all the way around. Its our go to place now when we visit up here. Thanks Black Dolphin for a pleasant stay!"

"Absolutely amazing experience. I just happened to find it while searching for a hotel to stay the night before our cruise and I can't believe how happy I was, especially given the fact that the place was about $100 less than any other place I could find. We will definitely be coming back."

"From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the host. Lovely unique property that felt like you were staying in someone's home rather than a B&B. Very comfortable room and the highlight of our stay was definitely breakfast. Our kids loved cooking their own pancakes at the table. Property very close to the beach and all the amenities in New Smyrna Beach with the bonus of on site parking. Thank you for such an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend Inn on the Avenue."

"Clean property. Room was spacious and extremely clean. Quiet property. Tommy and his wife were amazing hosts. Restaurants and shops within walking distance or a 3 min. drive. Beach is 5 minutes by car. Property is pet friendly."
