"Large room. A cup or glass in the room would be nice. Couldn’t find a hair dryer. We would have preferred a light cotton blanket on the bed rather than a heavy duvet. There was no top sheet. Delightful breakfast. Owner very helpful, friendly and customer oriented. "

"This was our fifth visit to Sweetwater Branch Inn. Three times we were in the Cushman-Colson house, and twice in the McKenzie house. We were planning to stay in a cottage but it was not available at the last minute. We always feel so welcome here. It is walking distance to several restaurants and a park. We love to stay here when travelling through Gainesville for the individual, unique rooms in these historic, lovingly restored mansions. The grounds are beautiful and I often enjoy the outdoor...
