"Quiet gated community with easy access to everything. Provided bath towels, but not pool towels so bring your own. Only negatives (which are easily overlooked and not an issue) was no dryer sheets (laundry detergent was provided), not enough kitchen towels, not enough kitchen garbage bags. "Room was clean upon arrival. Room over looked the pool. Location was good. Close to Universal, Sea World etc. Front desk staff were all friendly & helpful. Text requests were responded to quickly. Pool/pool area was nice, cleaned daily. Several loungers around need repair. Starting to rip/sag uncomfortable."

This would include inside the Villa (which we stayed at) and the grounds in most of the area. Many trees & bushes needed significant attention..
