"Great breakfast, great staff, clean"

"Overall excellent hotel and reasonably priced. Close to everything. Only negative is the parking $20/day but if you get back to hotel late you can't find parking. One night I had to park in the shopping center and hope my car would be ok!"

"Love the free breakfast. Remember to book your Disney shuttle. Also note that they only shuttle back either once or twice a day. You get what you pay for. Don’t have a safe. At least not in my room. Otherwise it was great area! It served my purpose of being there "

"A/c sounded like a truck. Toilet cabinets missing handles. Vanity in terrible condition. Water damage in toilet. Did not smell clean, hallways and bedroom. Needs a renovation and a paint job. Needs restoration and cleanliness."

"The room was nice. Had plenty of space. Maybe just a little bit more tidiness would've been nice. Seemed like the carpets had little crumbs and the sofa seemed a little worn. The cleaning crewe were great though! They came in every other day and tidied our room up, great job! "

Además, todos los días tuvimos que bajar a recepción para pedir toallas, ya que no las dejaban en la habitación. Lo peor fue que el penúltimo día no nos dejaron ni una sola toalla limpia, y al solicitarlas nos dijeron que debíamos esperar hasta el día siguiente. "My wife and I are Marriot bonvoy members for years and the hotels we have stayed at gets worst every stay. They are not owned by American companirs anymore. They charge for just water and the rooms are not great. The properties are not well keep. Pictures online are misleading and the rating reviews are also. I would prefer to stay at motel 6 rather stay at any Marriot Bonvoy affiliate. We will definitely be staying at Hilton resorts and will be cancelling our Marriot Bonvoy cards."

"It was alot of false advertisement. There was no airport shuttle offered at all as advertised. Breakfast buffet was not included as stated. One person told us it was $8.00 but then said that was a mistake and it was $18.00. Transportation to and from parks was a complete joke!!!! We were stranded because drivers kept telling us one time and then was a no show. Never will I stay here again. I will just spend the extra momey and stay on a Disney Resort and save the headache and uber/taxi fees."
