"From the moment you walk in, the staff is very friendly and the place is clean. The room was beyond our expectations. Very spacious with a full kitchen. Breakfast was excellent, my daughters loved the mickey mouse waffles. Was very close to everything, including a target right across the street."

"My room was pretty dirty. Floors weren't cleaned, bed sheets had stains. Also, my TV didnt even have a power cord so I couldn't watch TV. The only good thing I can say about this place is great for location. Close to disney, walking distance to Island H20, and good food spots around. I wouldn't stay here again."

"The Swan Reserve has nice amenities - a Mediterranean restaurant, a coffee shop/ grab and go snack shop, and a bar with a food menu. We swam at the pool, but the second day discovered the Dolphin Pool which is huge with a waterslide and a waterfall. Near the Swan is a beach and a play ground. We also ate at several of the restaurants at The Dolphin - Mexican and Steak House. The Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve are all walking distance, and you can use the amenities at any of them.
