Next time I check in here or any other Best Western, I will ask for a room away from the exercise room. "The room was in excellent condition. The hotel is an excellent place to stay. The place where they fell short way below expectation is within breakfast place in the morning. There was nothing to eat at 8AM, not even bagels. Coffee pot was empty and I waited for 10 minutes and left without even a cup of coffee. This is the first hotel in my experience that did not even had proper breakfast items to eat and coffee to drink. I left the hotel very very disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel...

"I booked the hotel through Expdia and payed through the platform, Some how I was double charged by the hotel when checking out, and was told the hotel could not get fund from Expedia. This definitely is not the customer's fault!"

For the little bit of stuff in there, it was unclean and worn down that it could not br used. The in room phone even was not working. Housekeeping is alternate days and the crew never filled up basic things like toilet...
