"The staff are amazing. Everyone was as helpful as they could be. My only 2 issues were that I booked a room with a balcony and that wasn’t the case when I showed up. Second issue is how warm the room was. I understand that the weather is something you can’t control, but it has to be known that this place has no A/C and the rooms are very poorly ventilated. "En general todo bien, la fachada está en reparación y empiezan a hacer ruido temprano, esto lo tendrían que avisar y hacer un descuento pero no lo hicieron, nos tocó justo al lado de nuestro balcón los andamios y la parte que se está arreglando. "Summary: Barely 3 star, not a good value for what we paid ($500/night) The Good: = Great location 3 min walk from train station = Vintage charm = Good breakfast spread The Bad: = Poor maintenance. Mold in shower, doors getting stuck = Room lacked basic amenities like conditioner, lotion = Reception staff seemed clueless, any question needed 3 people to answer. Desk closes down at 11 pm !!"

"It was great room and view very convenient to both Interlaken OST and West and shopping. We enjoyed the space and the lounge area. Staff was efficient. The view of the mountains was the best. The paragliders were right in front of the hotel. Of course there is no AC so it was very hot inspite of the fan."
