"Very clean"

"Rooms were nice and clean and location was great"

"Beautiful 3 days enjoying the amazing Interlaken area and this hotel is very well situated to do everything by walk and has easy access to East train. My vacation went noce and smooth. Breakfast was very nice. Will come back"

"Great location and the staff are very helpful"

"Good breakfast, decent location, big rooms, hard mattresses and thin pillows."

"Very friend staff! Clean and well maintained rooms - also good location!"

"A nice place to stay in a great location. The staff were very accommodating and the included breakfast was excellent. The building is currently getting a "face lift" but the construction didn't bother us at all."

"The room was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. The location was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Very good hotel in interlaken west. Staff was friendly. Facility was clean. Had nice garden. Good breakfast with options. Had everything we needed for our stay. Also the owner even booked a taxi for us when I requested. Only thing I would pick is it’s bit of walk from the train station if you are not used to that much walking, otherwise great hotel."

"Noisy!"

"Great breakfast, very friendly staff. Close to Interlaken West. Most trains start from Interlaken Ost, a few minutes away by train"
