"Miriam at the front desk was super helpful when there was a mistake with my reservation she saved the day. the elevators were an issue and parts of hotel are pretty outdated for a hilton. staff friendliness made up for this "

"Nika was the best hostess. The food was delicious, room service was quick. They were doing some maintenance so I can’t wait to see the finishing touches. Will be returning and definitely would recommend for families and short visits."

"Excellent hotel. Staff was wonderful. We had breakfast daily and the food and restaurant staff were amazing. The hotel is a little older, but updated. Has the atrium and interior spaces you don’t see with newer hotels. Great stay!"

"We had a few issues with the amenities. The shower/tub drain was extremely slow, the hair dryer did not work. The lighting in the wash sink is poor. The staff addressed the first two items when be brought it to their attention. Two days in a row an egg omelet, diced warm potatoes, and a sausage patty with cheese in the middle was served. I didn't care for the flavor of any of it. I left more than 1/2 each day. For the cost of the stay the breakfast is subpar. The next time we're in the area we will look for another option. This was our second time we stayed @ New Hope Inn. "

"Very nice hotel with at a reasonable rate. Was very happy with my stay. Room was nice. Attached parking garage was cheap. Right across from train station. If i was to got to NYC again this is where i would stay"
