"The hotel exceeded my expectations! It was very clean, the staff was very nice and it was in a centralized location. As my daughter and I where waiting for my car, with all of our bags, an older gentleman who greeted us earlier and Im assuming is the owner, brought out a small tote with the hotel logo on it to replace my one plastic bag. He did not need to do that, but went out of his way to get that bag. That was very sweet of him! We will definitely stay there again."

"Good location and assessable to Universal Studios, Chinese Theatre and Citadel Outlet areas. Hotel is a mini-museum with lots of pictures and signatures of actors/performers on the walls. There is a great diner place within the hotel and the food is fantastic. Overall, a good experience. "
