"Room, kitchen and bathroom were very clean and neat. Very spacious. Staff was really nice and helpful during check-in and check-out. There is no parking with the hotel but there is a parking lot where we parked our car overnight and it is right around the corner. Only issue we had, not sure if it was just our room but, we couldn’t get warm water in the tub or shower. Asides from that everything was great."

"We had a terrible and horrible experience. We booked for a 3 day stay last June 9-13,2026, ( temp averages 90-100) with my family including a 7 yo kid and a senior. The unit has no working AC. I informed the management and asked to send someone to check the AC. No reply.. sent messages again and demanded to give us another unit with working AC if he is not sending someone to check/fix the AC. With no AC working and high temperature on those days we barely can sleep and started to feel sick...

"We liked the location. The area seemed nice and parking seemed secure. The staff was nice. The room was adequate. The breakfast would be good if you like pastries, but if you want a more traditional hotel breakfast look elsewhere."

"Good and clean hotel, and helpful staff. Good proximity (15 min walk) to Universal Studios Hollywood. Everything is good except that there's no food outlet available on-site, but they do provide complimentary drinks/coffee/tea. There is also a bus stop (Cahuenga/Barham) just right outside the hotel with a bus (222) going to/from Hollywood Boulevard in only 10-12 minutes. Great stay overall!"

"This boutique hotel just re-opened. Everything is very chic and squeaky clean. It was very lightly booked when I went so the staff were incredibly attentive. They're still working a few bugs out, but everything was pretty smooth. For example, there weren't instructions on parking, but when I arrived, I called their number.
