"The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. I don’t get having a resort fee for a hotel. When asked it was explained that it covered breakfast, parking, and some other incidentals. My problem with this is that the hotel description said “free breakfast and free parking.” This amount should have just been included in the total cost and take off the “free.” Also, the floor in our room was mighty dirty. When walking across it, my feet were black (right out of the shower)."

"Feet sticking to bathroom floor, the only way to get water bottles was from a machine that would not work, breakfast was a joke- nothing refreshed, trash overflowing, cheap styrofoam coffee cups, out of milk, syrup, butter etc. Not a single employee overseeing breakfast area. Guests were going to the door of kitchen trying to find someone to help and it was deserted. Boxes sitting in the lobby of office supplies that were also there the night before which tells me no one had the initiative to...

"Front desk staff were amazing! Room was clean. Housekeeping brought us more towels when we needed them. Parking was great! Rhonda was excellent at keeping everything filled at breakfast! Food was good. They didn’t have trash can liners in the trash cans but we just used Walmart sacks. The beds were not super comfortable but they worked. Will definitely stay there again!"
