We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. "What a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. I was staying there for a wedding and we arrived on a warm spring day. When we got into our room it was a bit stuffy and warm so I turned the AC on but it wasn’t working. So I rang the front desk and they said they will send someone to take a look. The man who checked us in arrived and gave a new set of keys and upgraded us to a suite with no extra charge! It was a very kind thing to do. "The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The breakfast goes till 11:00, something I really appreciate, and the breakfast room is comfortable yet elegant. The carpeting in the hallways is getting a little tired, but it's clean."

"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around."
