"The room was basic but didnt expect anything more for the money paid, very central and a ten minute walk from the beach so okay for a couple of days stay. Wouldnt want to stay any longer than a few days as it's very noisy."

"Taxi druver couldn't find hotel as it seems to be trading under the name hotel and chic. Only a small sign on window to show we were in the right place. Room was supposed to be superior but was scruffy and badly maintained. Reception is only manned between 10am and 6pm outside those hours, access is by key card. Ours didn't work. We had to call an emergency number to get an access code. On entering the hallway and switching on the light, we found insects scurrying across the floor. At 11.30pm they were unable to offer alternative accomodation. We closed the hall door and left the light on. We slept in our clothes. When we left in the morning, the reception staff were disinterested. Even when I asked for the complai nts book, they didn't seem to care. We had booked for a second night but couln't wait leave even though we lost the cost of the room. It was the hotel from Hell!"
