"Our room wasn’t cleaned at all one day and when we went down to the lobby to just ask for towels, the lady was extremely rude and didn’t apologize or offer an explanation as to why our room was left unattended. The next day, they “cleaned” our bathroom but left hair all over the floor and didn’t properly restock our towels so we were left using small towels to dry ourselves. The beds were left unmade. The breakfast is nothing to write home about. Food was stocked but cold and soggy. Still ate...

Overall was a good stay and worked well for the weekend!"

We ended up paying for LYFT. We arrived early asked to have luggage checked in since there were no rooms or we would be charged extra. When we came back to hotel it took time to check in.
