Not recommended for just a business day night : must wait I until 3pm to get the room and must leave before 11 (you pay for less than a day then …) Have asked high floor room and get the lowest floor possible as well … Nevermind … Location is great though. No breakfast available."

"Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost."

"This property seemed brand new, very clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Location is right near the ballpark neighborhood. Check in time is late (4pm) with no chance of getting in earlier and 11am check out. So, really, you only get a 19 hour stay. It is a very walkable area. ,"
