"Breakfast menu was ok-slim. Hot tub and pool area were pretty much as expected. Room was fine. However, as in many hotels now days, the tv remote was very hard to figure out by older, not real tech savvy travelers. Parking was fine and nearby restaurants were great. "

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Note that there’s no elevators to the second floor. The room had older furniture, but the bathrooms were pretty much remodeled. New carpet throughout our room, the hallway and lobby. We really liked our day and will stay again as we have relatives in the area."

"Out dated rooms but clean. The restaurant attached to the hotel was convenient and tasty. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Both ice machines on the first floor were broken but we found one that worked eventually."

"Bathroom was not the cleanest, in fact the only place I was barefoot was the tub and I ended up with athletes foot. The tub had a spiderweb in the bottom with a huge black spider and the drapes had worn holes in them which you could see daylight through. Our stay was for 2 nights and they didn't clean our room after our first night or restock our soaps or coffee."

"I drove 1 1/2 hours to Frankenmuth. I went to the hotel @ 4:00 to check in. The worker behind the desk told me they had SOLD MY ROOM because a charge didn’t go through on my card. I had gotten a new card, and had proof that it was “declined” due to “card number replaced”. I also provided another card to use. The staff told me there was nothing they can do. I was never contacted saying my room was “sold”. I selected “pay when you stay” on Expedia ,so that was a shock to see that they SOLD MY ROOM...
