"We recently stayed at the Country Inn in Walker, MN, and from the moment we walked through the door, our experience was wonderful. Check-in was quick and friendly — the staff greeted us warmly, explained all the hotel services, and told us about the complimentary breakfast. Our room was spacious, spotless, and in excellent condition, with thoughtful touches like a mini-fridge, whirlpool tub, roomy desk, and plenty of towels. We especially loved the little rubber duckie gift for social media...

"The first room I was assigned had a smell of cigarette smoke although it was very clean. Mary, the manager at the desk, reassigned me a very nice room & was very apologetic. I have no doubt she followed up & made sure the no smoking policy was followed by all guests. She was very accommodating. "

"We stayed in one of the cabins and ut was so cute and cozy. The owners are amazing! Very friendly and even shared some chips and spicy cheese with us. They are pet friendly. We had our dog with us, she was able to spend some outside time on our deck. "
