"I was impressed with how helpful housekeeping was in helping me with my laundry. The guest dryer was out of order, and after I verified that, they offered me the use of housekeeping’s laundry area to dry my clothes after I washed them in the guest washer. Although I had to wait until they had finished washing and drying sheets and towels. So I thought they were very kind. "

"Beautiful and wonderfully clean. The check in staff was excellent, friendly and offered suggestions to our questions. Beds were great! The only drawback was getting to the place from I20 going east. Coming off the off ramp doesn't allow enough distance to move to the left lane to turn. Frustrating but we finally got there. Next time will just go up and make a u-turn."

"Everyone was very nice and helpful. The restaurant is very good if you don't want to go out. Bed was comfy I am very picky about mattresses. I did buy a noise machine because the road noise is very loud when the ac shuts off. We stayed 6 days to see our son and we will definitely stay here again."

"The parking area has excellent lighting. Carts are available at the entrance. Check-in was quick and easy. The front desk attendant handled our check-in efficiently and gave us info about the area and breakfast. The room is clean and updated. The WiFi is fast even if you have multiple devices connected. The area has a wide variety of places to eat and shop in less than an 5 mile radius. Our overall experience was good, we didn’t have any complaints or issues during our stay."

"The pool area could use new furniture. The furniture was very unstable and cheap. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was just OK."

"Our room was clean. We were pleased with the customer service of the two front desk staff. They handled each guest with great hospitality. I'm highly impressed. They were patient with us and made our stay pleasant with their great attitudes and service. I can't remember their names, but I want to say Jennifer and Troyshonda. Amazing job."
