"Clean, friendly staff, nice beds"

"The overall stay was okay, but the beds were very uncomfortable. They were quite hard, and you could feel the springs, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep."

"Definitely needs upgrades. Carpet looks quite old, as well as some of the furniture like the chair in the room. Sink had difficulties draining. Bedding was super old, holes throughout the comforter, and one of the top sheets was stained. Not as clean as it should, displays in the lobby, light fixtures, and ice machine were visibly dusty. "

"This is a new and modern hotel, clean, bright and appealing. I chose to stay on the east end of Albuquerque for ease of travel out of town the next morning. It was close to gas stations which was helpful and easy to access from I40 but quiet too. They had a security fence and gate around the property so I had zero worries about my car filled with snow-bird belongings. "Breakfast is a typical Hampton Inn Breakfast. Parking is good. We stay here everytime we pass thru Santa Fe. Room's have a new filtration fan that we have never noticed before. Very loud. We had maintenance silence it so we could sleep"
