"Having access to our own washing machine and drier in our room was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have a car but the distance to the nearest bus stop and shops was easily walkable. Wonderful view!"

"Just a short 10-minute drive from town, this hotel was perfect for us! We loved waking up to stunning snowy mountain views every morning. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchenette had everything we needed for breakfast—really handy. It’s close to shops and a supermarket, and with daily room service, our stay was completely relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommend!"

"部屋は清潔で、シャワーはバスタブがあり、スノーボードをした後の疲れを癒すのに良かった。お湯の温度はちょっとぬるくてたまに湯沸かし器のお湯を足した。アメニティなどは充実しており冷蔵庫には牛乳とポーションミルク、ネスレのカプセルコーヒー、紅茶、ホットチョコレート、日本茶、カモミールティー、ミントティーなどとても楽しめた。ベッドは柔らかく快適で電気で暖かくなり寒い時期も快適。部屋は1番安いグレードなので湖畔の眺めが見られなく残念。つぎは湖畔を眺めてコーヒーを飲みたい。全体的に満足出来て素晴らしいと思う。"

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Queenstown. The location is excellent and very convenient, with a bus stop nearby. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The room was also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place — it’s an excellent choice for an overnight stay near the Airport."

"We had an executive studio with a King bed, perfect for an overnight stay. The studio was warm, clean and comfortable. I loved the rainhead shower, which had excellent pressure. As part of the complex there is a takeaway shop, 4 square, liquor store, tavern, laundromat and the excellant Pembroke Patisserie, which meant we were able to have dinner and breakfast within walking distance. The complex is also close to the Clutha river walking track which we loved. "

"Got upgraded and loved the room along with all the utilities provided like kitchenware. WiFi went down at a certain point and the front desk was extremely diligent about it. "The accommodation was excellent. Lovely apartment and accommodating staff. However there where major building works happening. And the car parks difficult to navigate, we didn't use a car but the taxis/ubers found it difficult in the tight space and difficult parking spaces. Also my son got locked out of his room and had to spend a night in a different apartment. The staff told us they knew that door was a problem. "Nach der Ankunft, übermüdet und reisekrank, gab es sehr nett Hilfe bei den Codes, um in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Zum Zentrum sind es nur 10 Minuten Fußweg. 2 Supermärkte sind noch näher. Das war für 2 Nächte Aufenthalt sehr praktisch. "

"This was an awesome place to stay for our time in Queenstown. Public bus from the airport stops right next to peppers making it super easy to get there. Beautiful across from the lake. Staff were very friendly and helpful and good local knowledge. We were very happy!!!!!"
