"Staff wasn't the friendliest. Room wasnt as clean as they make it seem. And to top if off they said if i dirty any little thing i would be charged extra. Like did they want me to mop and deep clean before i leave the room? Restrrom wasnt the cleanest, neither was the shower or sinks. "

"Ok, if you want a fantastic place, great location, perfect grab rides to anywhere (our room to Terminal 3 for $5, can’t be beat and that’s with luggage) super poc Kim and a few other great helpers, this is the one you want to rent, if it’s available. And the room…very nice, spacious super fast wifi with multiple users and no noise!!! Beds are super comfy, a/c’s are fantastic splits, and the location can’t be beat. Steps, yes steps away from Okada without paying that price. Fantastic deal! "

"The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice place to stay. However, the building is on a very busy road, and it's exceptionally loud and noisy with all of the traffic. The only other negative is the shower. While it did have hot water which is great, the shower would alternate from cold water, to warm, to scalding hot, and back to cold, about every two to three minutes, and then the water would stop flowing completely for a few minutes, but...

"Our hotel is close to the malls. Very convenient with food and shopping. Room service is great. Place is clean. Free shuttle ride to and from the airport is great.Things that I don’t like were stairs at the facade of the building. We were scared of falling and possibly breaking our bones. It is not conducive for persons with disabilities.Second complaint was our balcony. A roof was blocking our view. Third complaint was breakfast with coffee delivered to your room daily.
