"The room is spacious and nice though we don’t like the view is facing another building/ new apartment still empty but there are some workers on the rooftop that can see us. Hence no privacy just close the curtains. Location is great as walking distance to Okada and some other hotels. Near Ayala mall, Parqal and MOA. Near the airport and most importantly is FREE shuttle to the airport you must register right away after checking in to get your place. That’s very helpful and saving time and money too!"

"The place itself is nice. But the food is disappointing. Not only is it expensive, it doesn’t taste good. The pasta we ordered on the first night at Kilimanjaro cafe was not thoroughly cooked. You can taste and see the hard shell. The staff are amazing."

"As a retired former resort manager who now spends around 9 months a year living in hotels, i know that a happy staff makes for a happy family, and a happy family can make a hotel stay for guests feel like a 'home away from home'. This was my first stay at the Movenpik, and I know already it will not be my last, I was here for 9 days and I will leave happy and with the fondest of memories. The grounds were beautiful, my room was more than comfortable, my meals were delicious, but it was the staff who made my stay especially memorable- and it is them who deserve a special shout out. To Jewel and Rey and Ivan who checked me in and made me comfortable and welcome from my first moments on the property; to Gelo and Garry and Ivan and Jane and Oli and AJ and Kyle and Ben and Clent and the rest of the staff at The Market who made my poolside breakfast such a pleasure every day; to Stephen and Jasper and Ana and Aishiyll who kept my room clean and engaged me in lovely conversations everyday; and to Mark and Laverne and James and Willy and Jay and Arlene and Mika Rose and the rest of the beach side staff who made my time by the sea so enjoyable- I thank you all most sincerely for making my stay such a memorable one. "I’ve stayed at Savoy Manila several times over the past few years, including before flights, and this was my first longer stay. Unfortunately, the initial experience on 7 April fell well below expectations. There were multiple service issues, including a room temperature problem, delays in resolving a room move, and a situation where I was directed into a stairwell with no re-entry, which resulted in me exiting onto the street late at night. This was particularly concerning from a safety perspective. That said, I do want to recognise how the hotel handled the situation afterwards. Management followed up, acknowledged the concerns, and offered a complimentary stay. When I returned on 19 April, the experience was noticeably improved — early check-in was arranged, the room was fully prepared, and all previously reported issues had been addressed. While the initial experience was disappointing, the recovery effort was handled professionally, and the second stay was smooth. I would recommend the hotel, but with the expectation that service consistency should match the standard they demonstrated during the follow-up stay."

"Great place, and restaurant, exceptional staff. The internet was a bit slow for a place in IT park but workable. Nice terrace bar although sometimes the music was quite loud with loud speakers everywhere, also inside. Everything else perfect."
