"This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star management and staff. All team members go out of their way to provide amazing service and managemnt are visable to ensure things go smoothly. Great sized, functional rooms, amazing breakfast, great rooptop bar with fab drink deals and free access to Acqualuna pool / sun terrace across road. Highly recommended! "

"Pro’s great staff, cleaning of room big shout out to Ivanka for that, lovely hot shower, Great position but noisy at times but ideal for catching ferries and excursions, great views from roof top, good selection for continental style of breakfast,pastries, juices etc although limited cereals. The cooked food for breakfast however was barely warm which was a shame as tasty otherwise. We were in the executive lounge for breakfast. All the public toilets in the hotel were immaculate. Cons- The room smelt damp on arrival and the bathroom was extremely small, there was so little room you had to sit on the toilet sideways which was not ideal, however the balcony was nice. Iced water was also available which was a nice touch. Drainage smells also coming up in the bathroom at times which was not pleasant and no extraction fan which caused condensation to form on windows. Lot of noises at night so not sure if this was the lifts or the toilet system. The best part of this hotel is the staff who always go out of their way to be helpful and nothing is too much trouble, they were amazing. "

"Great hotel in a very good location, close to ferry and bus terminals. With lots of great restaurants close by We were disappointed to find out the spa and indoor pool were an extra expense and across the road. Breakfast was good except the scrambled eggs,which were incredibly runny,very granular in texture and i suspect not made from fresh eggs. Great system of digital key pad for room entry means you never risk losing your key. We would recommend this hotel, the staff were really friendly "

"Don't get a room by the residential side. Jack Russell dog barked all night for five nights - and large part of the day Check if all pool areas are open before booking. Large parts were shut down - even over easter holiday weekend Concierge awful. Asked to book an outside restaurant day before. Did not leave voicemail or note to say outside restaurant was full. Meant we could find nowhere on Easter Sunday lunch. Property is under renovation. Drilling one of the days. Property looking tired. As you enter driveway grass and weeds sprouting through Dining/dinner staff good Breakfast staff not helpful Mattress good Spa staff unfriendly and kids banned from pool apart from 9am-12 noon. Strictly one towel each. Will not stay again "
