Since my family and I went to Sea World since the morning we figured since we had made hotel reservations and paid in full our room would be secured for when we arrived later that evening after Sea World. Well to our shocking surprise, they had sold our booked room to someone else. The receptionist took over 30 minutes to come out to desk to help us. "Staff are attentive and friendly. I stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping did not come at all, but they were open and willing to help when I requested new clean towels and more toilet paper. The mattresses are getting a little old, too, but it was ok, in general. Breakfast options were good."
