"Personal am Telefon unfreundlich. Bei der Bestellung des Flughafentransfers >15min in der Warteschleife. Dann Auskunft, Shuttle kommt in 30min. Nach 1h Wartezeit erneuter Anruf mit Warteschleife. Shuttle kam dann nach 1:15h. Transfer für den kommenden Morgen nicht möglich. Zu 6:00 morgens am Airport gibt es noch keinen Shuttleservice."

"I had call in advance to provide a crib for my daughter. When I check in the crib was not in my room. The my husband went to ask for one and they told him they didn’t have anymore. My daughter ended sleeping with us. It was such an inconvenience!! We had no sleep that night! "

"We booked this hotel for our daughter‘s birthday. Based on the pictures it looked nice and based on the chain name Hilton we thought it be nice at least in better conditions. First front desk staff was nice, this is about the property and cleanness. The property itself wasn’t well kept. To sum up our experience quick… 1) stairway and elevator leading to lobby because it’s in a separate building. Dirty not well kept and outdated. 2) pool it states that it’s heated but not very much kind of...
