Great hidden gem with amazing architecture, fantastic service, delicious breakfast and room service, serene infinity pool, ideal location and lovely spacious room with luxurious bed and all the amenities you could ask for Fantastic service on arrival and departure from Giwa. Giwa was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us, especially as we were feeling a little groggy from the jet lag Can’t recommend the Artyzen enough. You should def stay here"

From the soaring tree-like buttress that holds up one corner of the open concept second floor to the sweeping water features that shimmer and reflect the excuisite beauty of the mirrored sky-high ceiling . But the jewel in the crown of this hotel is their staff who were friendly, ,gracious and so very helpful . Five stars ! Bravo !"

"チェックインで混んでいた時にホテル内でできるオンラインチェックインの方法を丁寧に教えていただきながらできた上に荷物もすぐ預けることができて助かりました。 部屋の内装も品のある中華スタイルでとても素敵でした。冷蔵庫内のドリンクは二泊しましたが一回分は無料とのことでした。 プールは朝一に行ったのですごく冷たかったですが、水質も綺麗で水泳の後冷えた体で入るジャグジー付ホットタブは最高でとても気持ちよかったです。 立地もチャイナタウンの近くだったのでどこに行くにもアクセスはよく、朝食もローカルフードを食べる所は徒歩圏内にたくさんありました。 近くにコインランドリーも発見したので、家族でちょっと長期滞在する時もとても便利なホテルだと思いました。 またシンガポール旅行の際にはここに泊まりたいと思います。 "

"Great hotel with Somerset MRT directly underneath, we took a Grab on arrival £13 to hotel but going back to the airport we were well versed with using the MRT after 4x days of visiting, so we took the MRT back £2! Hotel has a great rooftop pool open till 10pm & the rooms were immaculate with daily cleaning. The hotel were aware of our birthday’s & we had a large bed decoration & treats provided for us on arrival, our hotel mirror had hand decorations/artworks from the hospitality team…. Just a...

"The ease of checking in is great! The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable lighting. Bed is comfortable. Ample power sockets. I like the filtered water tap in the room so I need not request for water. Housekeeping's response to my request was prompt. Checking out was a breeze. Overall, a good experience."

"ALL STAFFS ARE SO FRIENDLY AND EFFECTIVE. BREAKFAST IS NOT SO GOOD, TOO MANY CHINESE FOODS (DEEP-FRIED), SPICY, FEW EUROPEAN FOODS. ROOMS ARE CLEAN. LOCATION IS CONVENIENT. "
