"Good for all"

"Front desk staff was not very helpful, just seemed to go through the motions and put minimal effort into accommodating our stay. Bellman was very helpful but the front desk reception was mediocre. Also there was loud maintenance above or near our room that woke us up and disturbed our sleep, and no offer to apologize or make up for the inconvenience."

"Good location where it’s not too crowded. Right next to a mall where many small restaurants, great varieties. Also a cat cafe nearby 😹Great food selections in breakfast. Lovely clean swimming pool. Convenient laundry machines. Good exercise room. Room has full-length mirror, many lights and outlets, a padded long seat by the window (could sleep one more person) Well-designed room. We will stay here again if we come in the future."

"Comfortable in every way. It’s very convenient, just a stone’s throw from Clark Quay. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Singapore, but this one is just the right size and extremely comfortable."

"Good sized room & extra large bed - although firm mattress. Excellent large shower but nowhere to hang towels or put toiletries in the bathroom. The handbasin was in the main room with no towel rail. Our room was on the 18th floor , so good views but near lifts so constant noise from elevator motors making it hard to sleep. Breakfast had a great selection and the pool was excellent."

"Hotel is in little India; could be a bit cleaner inside rooms: rooms are small size, takeaway Panos for breakfast only. Polk great, gym small but good. Location is ok "

"清潔でサービス、スタッフ対応ともに行き届いたホテルでとても快適でした。海側の部屋をとれば、マリーナベイサンズも一望できます。 最寄りのバス停は、ホテル前の交差点を挟んで数十メートルと近いですが、地下鉄には少し歩きます。欲を言えば、ホテル直下に地下鉄の駅があれば最高でした。"
