"Gorgeous hotel, classy and sophisticated. Staff very helpful and friendly, facilities were excellent and the gym was well equipped and cool. Breakfasts are superb - lots of choice between continental style or Asian and chef happy to cook to your preference. We'd happily stay again!"

"部屋が思ったより広くとても清潔でよい時間を過ごせました。ただ、トイレに洗浄用のシャワーノズルがなかったのが少し残念です。朝食は評判通りのおいしさと品揃えでとてもよかったです。少しだけ不満があったとすれば、ジュース類はいいのですが水のタンクが小さかった為にすぐに空になり何回か取りにいかなければならなかったことです。朝食レストランの規模に比べ水のタンクが小さかったのと1か所しかなかったからですかね。あとはスタッフさんの対応も良く、どこに行くにもMRT駅がすぐそばなので観光にもとても助かりました。次回行くことがあればまた泊まりたいですね。"

"毎回、シンガポールに滞在する時はこちらのホテルを利用しています。部屋もスタッフ対応も全て良いです。唯一困る事は、空港からタクシーに乗りホテル名を告げると類似名のホテルが3つあるため、何処のカールトンかを説明する必要がある点です。ラッフルズに近いカールトンホテルと言えば間違いないです。"

"The staff were really accomodating and thoughtful. We mentioned we had a late flight the night before checking out and they allowed us a late checkout complimentary, which was really gracious and thoughtful, and a reason we'd choose this hotel again. In addition, the room was excellent and clean. The meals were outstanding. One area for improvement is the hotel coffee, which is isn't great. This would round off the entire experience and elevate the hotel over any other. Staff weren't too sure...
