"Great place to stay in downtown Nashville. Our studio was huge! We only stayed one night, so we didn’t use any of the amenities, but it was awesome having a full kitchen and washer/dryer in our unit. The parking does require a separate app, but it was very easy to use and I like that we booked a specific spot. The whole property was very clear and the staff were very friendly. We will stay here again!"

"We stayed at Placemakr since we had a wedding close by. The location was better than expected but the staff at the hotel made the stay perfect. Every person we talked to or saw in the property went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly! The room was great for two couples ( with a toddler) and was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again! "

"Check in went very smooth , staff helped us with any problems. Quiet rooms , nice 3’ pole for the kids to play in with tanning chairs out there as well. Big bathrooms and nice kitchenette area . They also have a couch in front of a tv which is very accommodating"

"This was our first time staying at a property without a front desk. The communication of the building and unit codes went fine and the unit (2 bedroom, 2 bath) was spacious for our party. The pool was refreshing and it was an inviting space. The unit was stocked with essentials and additional items were easily accessible if we had needed. Items to note: The showers need a shelf for soap, shampoo, etc. "

"Everything was wonderful. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable as far as sitting on the couch. The bed was awesome. Just overall comfortable and loved the decor. Elevators were awesome and efficient. Great location to be picked up by uber. 10/10"

"Really seemed like good value for the price. Clean and nicely decorated. Only complaint was the parking situation. The extra parking was down an alley, and it wasn’t clear if I paid the apt owner to park in one of their spots that I would be able come and go. It seemed like there weren’t enough spaces. Fortunately, I was able to park on the street, but I wasn’t super comfortable with that. Overall, very pleased. I wish we had been able to book a longer stay. Get some patio furniture on that...

"This apartment was so cute! It had a a full kitchen with dishes even for cooking. Everything we needed for our stay was there and even a record player and vinyls and an accoustic guitar to enjoy. Entry was easy with a code and the area was safe and close to all the places we wanted to go in Nashville. Oh, and the bed and pillows were super comfy. No complaints at all! "
