"First off. Location location location. We needed a place inside the park so we chose this place. My bad for not checking more closely —it’s a 1940’s building running off a generator; so no A/C. It was pretty hot while we were there. It finally cooled off in our room about midnight when the gas truck pulled in to refill the pumps. "we liked the location as it had easy access to the river. The place was quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking was easy and nice. We didn't interact with the staff much, but those that we did interact with were pleasant. Our only criticism was as regards the kitchen. The electric stove top had only one working burner. The refrigerator was not set properly and thus many of our food items froze. But, when set properly it worked fine. So check refrigerator settings when putting ones...

They said they get that complaint all the time and would gladly refund me the $400. They told me multiple times they were working on it. They did not. I’m out $400"
