"We had a great stay at M Hotel Da Nang. The staff were amazing and helped make it a special stay for us, including helping celebrate our anniversary which happened during the first week of our stay, and a birthday during the second week. Nhi (not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly) was so so kind and recommended the Hoi An memory show to us, which was amazing! I’m so grateful she took time to connect with us. Our stay was long, 2 weeks, and during that time I felt like we were recognized by staff. Shoutout to the chefs cooking the omelettes who remembered our egg whites order! I also want to shoutout the woman who remembered us during many breakfast check ins. I didn’t get her name but she was so sweet and always greeted us with a smile. Also want to say thank you so much to the door men who saw us come and go SO MANY times, and helped with our bags. M Hotel will be a very memorable part of our stay and I will definitely be booking here the next time I come to Da Nang.
