"The floor was pretty dirty unfortunately in our room to the point where we got a lot of debris on our feet walking around. The breakfast left much to be desired... choices of 2 cereals , waffle or plain. Bread to Toast."

The caretakers of the property have pets and you can definitely smell them in the main office and outside area. The rooms are very plain , which is in an issue and the beds are memory foam , very comfortable and new.
