6/10 Okay

"Good- the beds were comfortable. Bad - room 204 the sink was clogged. The tv was positioned wrong in the room. The desks are in between the sofa and tv. the bed by the ac I couldn’t see the tv. The pool was down for maintenance. I asked the representative at the front desk where the pool was as the kids and I were excited to go swimming. He let us get our swimsuits on and find out ourselves. The courtesy would have been just to tell us that the pool was closed for maintenance. The whole reason we got a room at comfort was to get in the pool."

"We love the location of the property, and the history. After the hurricane, a lot has been upgraded on the property, including the ground level rooms. That being said, the 2nd floor (where we were) needs a lot of upgrades...floors, paint, fixtures. That being said, the room was clean , new bedding and great historic area...and the price reflected it. Lovely, low key area . Would we stay again, yes....try to get a room downstairs ...if you can. Some simply things would really help...paint on damaged doors from a pet stay, Throw rugs on damaged floor, fire alarm replaced....ect."

"The hotel is really nice and the staff at reception was lovely. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Unfortunately the room we were given (room 118) was right next to the entrance/exit door so we had loud door banging noise the whole night. Even though it is written everywhere that it is quiet time after 10 pm we could still hear customers coming back and talking loudly until 3a.m. On top of that the aircon was making a very loud noise so we had to switch it off at night, not ideal when outside temperature is above 80°F. So if you book this hotel and you are offered room 118, ask to change room if you want a good night sleep!"

"Room was so tiny. No room in bathroom. No where to put my toothbrush or anything else. If you like old stale tobacco smell in room your at the right place. Close to interstate so you could hear big trucks all night. Minimum breakfast. I’ll never stay here again. Don’t book this hotel."
