The shuttle drove BY when I needed to get to the airport and did not stop. Terrible experience."

The owners/ management team didn’t even think to put head lumps or just a lump for softer light at night, didn’t even think to put a clock in the room especially with travelers...

La télé ne marchait pas et la climatisation non plus, dans cette canicule parisienne. Le bon point a été le réceptionniste qui a été aimable et disponible malgré l'heure avancée."

"Room needs updating big time. Air conditioner didn’t work. It got fixed but very inconvenient when you’re tired. Toilet was separated from sink and shower. There is no way to wash hands after toilet use. Door to the toilet automatically shuts so no way to just head to sink without touching door knob. Very unhygienic. Check in and check out took too long because of limited staff who were not friendly at all. The wait staff at the restaurant was very nice. Food was okay."
