It is discriminatory to ask what is the disability my support/service animal is for but was asked that and although I realize that they are policies in place as a heath care professional, the demeanor and customer service were suboptimal and judgmental at check in. "

"Wish they had an indoor pool instead of an outdoor pool but that’s a personal preference and the water pressure for the toilets are really bad but not their fault. Hot water was amazing! Everything super clean we missed breakfast because the bed was superrrrr comfortable needed another pillow and that would have made it perfect but the ones we had were fine.
