"The booking was accidentally made twice and when I checked in I mentioned to DEV (a very nice employee at the desk) that I was due a refund. He said he knew about the error and had fixed the problem, that a refund would be issued. I’m still due a refund. What phone number should I call for help?"

"It was a good stay, very quiet not a lot of traffic. Just wish the room was a little bigger and had somewhere to hang up clothes and an ironing board, my clothes had to stay in my suitcase the entire trip."
